Director
Ezekiel Crossley, Sr. serves as a Director on the Kentwood Public Schools Education Foundation board, bringing a dynamic blend of organizational expertise and a passion for community advocacy.
As the Order Management & Customer Service Manager at HexArmor, Ezekiel is a self-described organizational practitioner and social change agent. His professional highlights include driving massive operational growth, recently doubling an organization’s monthly output within a single year, and earning accolades such as Manager of the Year.
A proud member of the East Kentwood High School Class of 2008 (which he maintains is the best class to ever graduate), Ezekiel is deeply connected to the district as an alumnus, resident, and parent.
His academic journey is equally impressive; he holds a Masters in Leadership from Northwood University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Walden University. As a first-generation graduate for all three of his degrees, he is a tireless advocate for the power of education.
Ezekiel’s involvement with the Foundation is fueled by a lifelong desire to serve as a catalyst for youth achievement. When he isn't coaching at East Kentwood or supporting the Foundation, he and his family can be found at local sporting events or traveling to support KPS alumni competing at the collegiate level.
For Ezekiel, giving back to the community that raised him is the ultimate way to inspire the next generation of success.
